Background : There is a new emerging science of nanobiotechnology which is a fusion of nanotechnology and biotechnology in which molecular level devices, instruments and systems are developed to unravel the mysteries of living organisms at the cellular and molecular levels.
Yoga is already a beautiful combination of Nano- bio- psycho- technology as yoga pilgrimage is from, Gross to subtle, Seen to unseen,Sthula to sukshma and then to atisukshma.
Sadhana can be compared to microscope which ideally magnifies the drawbacks of our personality to eradicate them from root, revealing the structure of true self within us.
Every aspect of yogic application is nothing but nanobiopsychotechnology. |
Patanjal yogasutras, upanishadas, bhagvadgeeta have used the concepts and terminologies like Anantsamapati, prakashavaranam, Paramanu, Sukshmavishaya ,saptadha prantabhumi,
panchaprana, nadi, anahat naad,Divyadrushti ,Vishwarupadarshana , brahmavidya the practice of which helps us capable of self exploration to nano limits. |
Method :
We at Ghantali mitra mandal , Thane have introduced practices of Pranasanjeevan vidya ,navasnjeevana yoga,Manas Pranayama , om chanting, Naadayoga under guidance of Yogacharya Vyavahare using the concept of sukshma yoga to successfully treat 800 patients with various psychosomatic disorders since Jan 06 at our yoga therapy centre. |
Conclusion : This is in accordance with the changing concept of non local medicine to spiritual medicine, from an organ specific approach to individualistic approach where more emphasis is on treating the root cause than the symptom. We have to try to attain a micro sensitive level of our practice to expand inner awareness to realize the Divinity within us as described by Upanishadas. |
